Payments

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All taxes are included in the price listed with the product.

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the world. Within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail. Orders made during the hours of 8:00am-9:00pm, Monday-Thursday will ship next day. Any orders made Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the following Monday barring any postal holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

If your product is defective, damaged, or otherwise not what you expected you can initiate a return within 30 days by following the instructions below. Framed prints can only be returned if print inside is defective.

Email us at info@rookeeroo.com to receive a return label.

Reseal the original envelope or package and affix the new label over the original.

A refund will be sent upon confirmation of delivery.
